         11Player(pfsgpl) is the flagship brand of Play Fantasy And Skill Gaming Private Limited ("11Player(pfsgpl)"). Through 11Player (pfsgpl), along with its sub-pages, and the 11Player(pfsgpl) App, 11Player(pfsgpl) operates five separate portals through which it offers cricket based, football based, basket ball based, hockey based and kabaddi based online fantasy games. 11Player (pfsgpl) as used  here in shall be construed as a collective  reference to 11Player(pfsgpl) and the 11Player(pfsgpl) App.

 

2. Usage of 11Player(pfsgpl)

•  Any person ("User") accessing 11player(pfsgpl) or the 11player(pfsgpl) App ('11player(pfsgpl) platform') for participating in the various contests and games (including fantasy games), available on 11Player(pfsgpl) platform ("Contest(s)") ('11player(pfsgpl) Services') shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all other rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by 11player(pfsgpl) in relation to any 11player (pfsgpl) Services.

 

• 11Player(pfsgpl) shall be entitled to modify these Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by 11player(pfsgpl) in relation to any 11player(pfsgpl) Services, at any time, by posting the same on 11player (pfsgpl). Use of 11player(pfsgpl)  constitutes the User's acceptance of such Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by 11player (pfsgpl) in relation to any 11player(pfsgpl) Services, as may be amended from time to time. 11player(pfsgpl) may, at its sole discretion, also notify  the User of any change or modification in these Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by 11player(pfsgpl), by way of sending an email to the User's registered email address or posting notifications in the User accounts. The User may then exercise the options provided in such an email or notification to indicate non-acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by 11player (pfsgpl). If such options are not exercised by the User within the time frame prescribed  in the email or notification, the User will be deemed to have accepted the modified Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use  referred to herein or provided by 11player(pfsgpl).

   

• Certain 11player(pfsgpl) Services being provided on 11player(pfsgpl) may be subject to additional rules and regulations set down in that respect. To the extent that these Terms and Conditions are inconsistent with the additional conditions set down, the additional conditions shall prevail.

 

• 11Player(pfsgpl) may, at its sole and absolute discretion:
• Restrict, suspend, or terminate any User's access to all or any part of 11player(pfsgpl) or 11Player(pfsgpl) Platform Services.
• Change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the 11Player(pfsgpl) Platform Services.
•  Reject, move, or remove any material that may be submitted by a User.
• Move or remove any content that is available on 11Player(pfsgpl) Platform.
• Deactivate or delete a User's account and all related information and files on the account.
• Establish general practices and limits concerning use of 11Player(pfsgpl) Platform.
• Revise or make additions and/or deletions to the roster of players available for selection in a Contest on account of revisions to  the roster of players involved in the relevant Sports Event.
• Assign its rights and liabilities to all User accounts hereunder to any entity (post such assignment intimation of such assignment shall be sent to all Users to their registered email ids) .
• In the event any User breaches, or 11Player(pfsgpl) reasonably believes that such User has breached these Terms and Conditions, or has illegally or improperly used 11Player(pfsgpl) or the 11Player(pfsgpl) Services, 11Player(pfsgpl) may, at its sole and absolute discretion, and without any notice to the User, restrict, suspend or terminate such User's access to all or any part of 11Player(pfsgpl) Contests or the 11Player(pfsgpl) Platform, deactivate or delete the User's account and all related information on the account, delete any content posted by the User on 11Player(pfsgpl) and further, take technical and legal steps as it deems necessary.

 

• If 11 Player (pfsgpl) charges a Platform Fee from its Users in connection with any 11 Player (pfsgpl) Services. If the Services are interrupted due to any negligence or deficiency on the part of 11Player (pfsgpl) or in the event of suspension or deletion of the User's Account, 11Player (pfsgpl) shall, without delay, pay such Platform Fees. Any claim on suspension or removal of the User shall be invalidated by 11Player (pfsgpl) if any of the Terms and Conditions of 11Player (pfsgpl) is affected by a breach or inadequate performance by the User.
• 11 Players (pfsl) to withdraw from the Contest due to a technical problem or under any circumstances beyond reasonable  control or He has the right to amend it.
• Users consent to receiving communications such as announcements, administrative messages and advertisements from 11Player(pfsgpl) or any of its partners, licensors or associates.
• If 11player(pfsgpl) noticed that any user trying to do any type of cheating violating any norms designed by organisation, then he has to faced legal action taken by the 11player(pfsgpl)  organisation.

 

 

3. User Eligibility:

• 11player(pfsgpl) contests are open for only.     

           1. Candidate which is above 18 yrs old.

            2. And Candidate should be resident of India.

 

4. User Registration :

• In order to register as User, He required to accurately provide    the following information:
  • Full Name
  • E-mail address
  • Mobile Number
  • Date of birth
  • State of Residence
•  Participants are also required to confirm that they have read, and shall abide by, these Terms and Conditions.
• In the event a Participant indicates, while entering an address, that he/she is a resident of either Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland or Telangana, such Participant will not be permitted to proceed to sign up for any match in the paid version of the Contest as described below.
• Once the Participants have entered the above information, and clicked on the "register" tab, and such Participants are above the age of 18 years, they are sent an email confirming their registration and containing their login information.

 

5.  User Balance :

• There are mainly Three types of balance available for user account. That are as below
  • Wallet Balance :

                          This is balance user get from by add money with selecting appropriate   payment method .And another method is user can visit our player zone    and recharge his account                                 with paying the recharge amount.Wallet balance   can not be withdraw amount.

• Winning Amount/Balance :

                             After getting winning then your winning amount is credited in your   winning wallet. If you  win amount greater than 10K in single rank then  you will get credit of winning                              balance with deducting all type of tax, as  per government norms. It can be withdraw by making withdrawal request   using IMPS or NEFT. And also you may withdraw by                                visiting to our player zone.

• Bonus Amount/Balance:

                           Bonus balance is balance that you will get from our side during offer's or                           any method declared by us as per norms.10% amount of joining amount is                               used at the time of joining contest. and this amount should not be                                        withdraw.

        

6. Intellectual Property :

• 11player(pfsgpl)s has a combination of content created by 11player(pfsgpl), its partners, and Users. The intellectual property rights ("Intellectual Property Rights") in all software underlying 11player(pfsgpl) and the 11player(pfsgpl) Platform and material published on 11player(pfsgpl), including games, Contests, software, advertisements, written content, photographs, graphics, images,  logos,  is owned by 11player(pfsgpl). Users may not modify,  sale , reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the  content on 11player(pfsgpl) either in whole or in part without express written license from 11player(pfsgpl).

 

7. Contest Format :

• There are mainly two types of contest one is public and another is private contest.

          1. Public Contest :

                       In this contest 11player(pfsgpl) platform is provide the contest as publicly and                   allowed users to participate in that contest. According to  displayed spot limit and                     prize breakup.     

            2. Private Contest:

                    In this  type of contest single user can create single private for a match within                    spot limit up to 500 with give prize limit.

         3. As part of its services, for real match 11player(pfsgpl) may make available the contest(s) on the 11player(pfsgpl) platform.

 

          4. 11player(pfsgpl) reserves the right to abandon a specific contest/match and also adjust             the deadline of match ,that is 11player(pfsgpl)'s reasonable control like,

                          4.1. Actual Match Start Time: 11player(pfsgpl) reserve the right to adjust                            deadline with 2 overs bowled or 10 min.

 

 

8. Prizes :

• Current winning rate, winners and pay out percentage dependent on spot fill percentage.   
• Final winning rate and prize break-up displayed when match is Live.

9.  Payment Terms:

• With respect to join contest user has to pay the predefined entry fees to that contest which is on 11player(pfsgpl) platform.
• The entry fee has included with platform fees of 11 players(pfsgpl) on which our content is present, Other entry fees are considered as prize amounts for winners..
• Winner's should be selected on the basis of ranking, which is displayed on leader board.
• To claim a winning amount of above 10,000 the user must provide a pan card.  

• All Prizes will have to be deducted tax as per government norm, and winner get tax invoice.

 

10. Cancellation Contest:

   

• If any match is cancelled due to rain or any other reason then all the contest related to that match cancelled and all users who are participated in that contest will refunded entry fee to their respected wallet.  
• If any match is rescheduled due rain or any other reason all the contest related to that match cancelled and all users who are participated in that contest will refunded entry fee to their respected wallet.
• If 11player(pfsgpl) notice that any prohibited contest is conducting on it's platform then 11player(pfsgpl) should be cancelled that contest without any prior notice.
• If any contest is cancelled form our side then all user's amount used to join that contest is credited in respected wallet.

 

11. Fantasy Player's-Zone:

• 11player(pfsgpl) is supposed to provide Fantasy player-zone to that player who has no smart phone
• In that Fantasy player-zone we provide a operator and he is guide and helper to that user who has no smart phone or no any computer or device to participate in contest.
• Our Operator is not any decision maker, He is only guide to share information to user like available matches and  contest for that day on 11player(pfsgpl) platform.

• Also he may create team for you as per your suggestion and provide you a invoice of that contest in which you have joined through a operator.
•  You have to check that invoice for - is the team or targets are created as per your suggestion, if not then you may edit that team or target before the deadline of match.
• After the deadline no one is able to update your team or target. 

• For that you have to pay the entry fee of that contest to operator.
• You may get winning from our Fantasy player-zone after match completion of match by claiming that invoice. And all players can make recharge and withdrawal from our Fantasy player-zone.

 

12. Financial Risk:

• This game involves an element of financial risk and may be addictive. Please play responsibly at your own risk.

3. Registration for a contest

• In order to register for the Contest(s), Participants are required to accurately provide the following information:

  • Password
  • State of Residence
  • Gender

• Participants are also required to confirm that they have read, and shall abide by, these Terms and Conditions.
